A manip request by ~DakotaTheGSD of her character Dakota Lightning. I was pretty excited about this one, it's the first request I've ever gotten from someone on deviantArt! I tried some new techniques I saw while I was watching *Sigath do a livestream, and I gotta say, I really think it's paid off. This piece impressed me so much, I couldn't believe I actually did it. I really hope you like it and I hope I did her justice!
